Why is my friend depressed

he is depressed and not talking. and might be suicidal. he keeps talking to himself and talks no to one else.

I ate some food and it all seemed to go away and was just a regular high.

you know what it is or not the drugs may have caused a chemical imbalance in your brain that needs to be treated with anti depressants
